I will never go back to this office, Very unprofessional eye doctors, they use UCLA name to promote their practice but they practice sucks. Yeah appointment at 1:00 and we haven't even finished at 4:00 p.m. so we left. Very rude stuff especially front desk. I was asking why should we wait 4 hours to treat the doctor they say usually text 3 to 4 hours. I went to see a cornea specialist. I had a cataract surgery and ended up with no vision on said right eye. Dr. Hugo Hsu saw me and did surgery, after 2 days I got my vision back. I am very grateful to the expert Specialist and gave me my life back. Resumecd my driving and everything after 2 days
Appointments are delayed over an hour and they don’t validate parking forcing you to pay them $12
I came to my appointment on time and was told there will be a 2-3 hour wait. My daughter is 4 years old and she was expected to wait in the front lobby for 3 hours or risk else losing her place on line. The office manager has "this is just how it is" attitude, as if overbooking is not a choice
