We were patients for several years because the doctor seemed very knowledgeable but after all the years of service I am fed up. Customer service is brutal, no sense of fostering any patient relations. Every person we interacted with in the office besides the doctor was cold and careless. We showed up on time and waited between 1-2.5 hours for our appointment every single time. They seem to only care to book as many ppl as possible. Dr. Victoria Yom was inexperienced and dismissive towards my father who was a sweet syndrome cancer patient who was just looking for options.
