I love this place
The doctors are excellent, but they have to deal with the usual UCLA challenge of scheduling as many people as possible. Patients equal income. It is very disrespectful of the patients (and this is all run by staff - the doctors do not create this nightmare). There is no option to call and see how the doctor's schedule is running so that you can come in when they will be available. I will never go back to this office, Very unprofessional eye doctors, they use UCLA name to promote their practice but they practice sucks. Yeah appointment at 1:00 and we haven't even finished at 4:00 p.m. so we left. Very rude stuff especially front desk. I was asking why should we wait 4 hours to treat the doctor they say usually text 3 to 4 hours. I went to see a cornea specialist. I had a cataract surgery and ended up with no vision on said right eye. Dr. Hugo Hsu saw me and did surgery, after 2 days I got my vision back. I am very grateful to the expert Specialist and gave me my life back. Resumecd my driving and everything after 2 days
Appointments are delayed over an hour and they don’t validate parking forcing you to pay them $12
