Doctors are great , however front desk is rude and a mess. The WORST part, nurse had long fake nails, she slapped on some “sanitizer” and proceeded to use her fake sharp nails to prop open my infants eyes for the eye drops. NO NURSES should have fake nails or work without gloves!!

Review January 2025. Had a very good experience. Had an afternoon appointment. We were late and they were very accommodating. Was our first initial appointment for my daughter who has had ongoing eye problems since second grade. After seeing two Optometrists, an Ophthalmologist and now a UCLA Health Neuro-Ophthalmologist specialist Dr. Chan, we couldn't be more satisfied leaving from our appointment.
