Dr. Cha was absolutely excellent. From the moment I checked in, everything moved incredibly efficiently . I was seen in under two minutes! He was very thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The entire staff was professional and organized, and the appointment was handled with impressive speed without ever feeling rushed. I would definitely recommend Dr. Cha to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and efficient urologist.
For the 1st time since I been coming to this office. I felted like the staff suck. It almost seems like they weren't on the same page. I was bounced from room to room only to be waiting for another 20 minutes before being seen by my doctor.
