This is honestly one of the best facilities Ive worked in. The staff is amazing and so helpful no matter what shift you work and the residents are great. I have a second job which is closer to my home but I wpuld rather pick up shifts at Dogwood and drive the hour it takes. I love my job.
Great staff Everyone has same passionate mission of helping the guests feel good, motivated and in good spirits . They seemed to make therapy fun
My dad has found friends and community there. It has been a wonderful place. The staff are always very kind and friendly and treat him with love and respect
This is my experience as an employee at dogwood,the maintenance department has some serious issues I have recordings of them saying plenty of slurs about the residents and employees ,John Mollan is the worst of them as he is their Director of Maintenance and Environmental Services and he allows such things to be said on a daily basis and amuses them,it was an absolutely disgusting environment and that is why I quit so early,I forgot the other names of the maintenance department but William really stood out as the most vulgar... read more
