Front desk staff is super friendly. Pricing is outrageously high. About double the prices in Vancouver. Pretty typical for the north island unfortunately. Our dog has a front leg limp. He has had 3 physical exams, $200 each time. Still no real info given about what it might be, they gave him some anti inflammatory medicine on the 2nd visit. Didn’t really help. 3rd visit they recommends x rays. Estimate for x rays was $900. That seemed high to me. I called the animal hospital on Davie st in Vancouver. Money Centric… not helpful towards the community
I took my neighbor here, as she thought she had an appointment here. She talked to them then got disconnected and ended up getting the phone number confused with a different vet. They squeezed her in so she got an appointment and they found out what vet she phoned by accident They went above and beyond for my neighbor. They were very thorough with her dog and I was impressed with the bill. I was looking at foods but my dogs have allergies and the receptionist looked up the one food to make sure it didn't have chicken in it. ... read more
