I have been a tenant for 1 year and a few months this place is garbage. The sinks have no silicone so they leak, the walls are warped and bowed, the closet doors will fall off and you will be blamed, you can't organize you apartment to your liking it's there way or the highway. If you want a 3 bedroom they are to small, you can only fit a bed in each room, you could fit more but then you would be blacking the windows and they dont like that apparently so you will have to down size upon moving in. We actually went there to apply for an apartment somewhere else. The managers and even the maintenance man were very kind and helpful. The office at Dogwood Terrace was clean and spacious. I like the apartments there but I'm hoping to move into a different one in a different town.
This is a subsidized housing apartment complex it goes by how you make. Also there is a year long waiting list to get in.
