I have an SBA loan with DSB and they are absolutely horrible to deal with. The individual assigned to my account didn't understand basic financial statements. My loan was fixed for the first 5 years and then adjustable at year 5. I got a notice after 3.5 years that the loan was being adjusted. Luckily this was an error but I had to call it out to them. I wanted to pay off my loan. I have a monthly auto pay set up right now, but wanted to just pay it off. I called...no person to talk to and said they can find my Community First account. I tried to do a message online. No one ever answered me. Everything I did on this useless website lead me to nowhere. You would think that they would want $$$. Had no problems with Community First, but Dogwood sucks!!
