I was here two nights in a row. The arcade and store closes at midnight. While I was in the arcade, an employee came over and said she was closing the entire thing down around 11:40pm. I looked at her confused and said “isn’t it open until midnight?” And she snapped back with a “yeah but I have to get stuff done”. Wow. That is so not how to run a business. Updated: To start with, there was no one up front when we walked in. We stood around for about 15 mins. And the just took it amongst ourselves to sit down. Our server Logan was absolutely HORRIBLE. A very smug attitude and paid no attention to us. We were there for an hour before we ordered and that's after I stopped him twice and my wife stopped him twice. The food was cold. Service here sucks pretty bad. Understaffed and nobody taking drink or food orders. I ordered the hot honey wings and they brought me buffalo. I will say the wings were good and I like the drink selection, but bc of the service I wouldn’t come back, especially with a group of people.
Honestly... the food prices were kind of insane for what it is. The pasta we got came out cold, our server was very nice, but everyone else that brought our food to us seemed awfully pissed off to be there. My kids enjoy the random games... but it's not really a family establishment, IMO... it's basically a bar you can bring your kids to without getting in trouble. I have zero interest in ever returning.
