It was an all around good experience but the air conditioning was not working in the arcade area on the evening we visited. We visited an indoor area to get out of the heat, and were slightly disappointed that the arcade area was pretty warm.
Second time trying this place and we haven’t liked the food either time. First time was just nachos so we gave it another try. NOPE! The food was horrible. Tasted like it is premade , frozen and low quality. The regular fries were cold and tasted like rotten grease, the sidewinder fries were so cold and dead that even the little bit of potato that was supposed to be inside of them had dried up and of course they were cooked with the rotten grease as the other fries. I wish I could update my review to 10 stars just because of how phenomenal the food and service is at Dogwood. The food is sooooo fire, and they are open late. The service is absolutely top-notch. Amy and Hailey both went out of their way to help me out on multiple occasions. I have probably ordered from this restaurant like 4 times in the last 2 weeks. Highly recommend!! Thank you Amy, Hailey & Team!
They have the best arcade for the little ones the best atmosphere out of the 15+ bars in the st Charles area and the best servers. Especially Kylie the bartender, she always gets the correct drink and it's at a reasonable time. I never had to wait more than 5 min for food or drinks ever
