My roommate and i have lived here for about a year now and it has been honestly the worst experience imaginable. We moved into a newly renovated double wide in august last year and were promised AC, Stone pavers outside, and heat. We have yet to receive any AC unit after a year, never were given any stone pavers to walk across the swamp that it our front yard (Picture attached) and it took till the end of November to even get our heat turned on because Deb, our manager “thought it had already been done and forgot about it” y... read more

Management is amazing! Best place for a really nice three bedroom home in the area.
