I would do zero stars if I could. Bad management.
Been trying to get ahold of them for a week now to start counseling since I just moved, and they never answer my calls. Going elsewhere.
I have seen Angela Cooper periodically over a number of years, and for vastly different problems I have found her to be very professional and knowledgeable. She had always treated me respectfully and guided me to improve my relationships with friends and family .She had also helped me view myself in a more positive light and challenged me to grow and take risks. I would highly recommend her.
Dogwood Mental Health and Wellness is fabulous. My counselor, Angela Cooper, is outstanding at her job. It is evident that she loves what she does, and she is very good at it. Angela always listens, answers my questions thoroughly, and provides excellent advice and encouragement for every situation. This health clinic is basically out of business do to their poor customer relations and total lack of presence at this site.. after 6 months of trying to schedule a second appointment after they took $100 from me for their retainer fee... They no longer answer my emails or phone calls and they are never at their office... What a waist of time... Find counseling else ware
