Dr. Malloff is fantastic. He always gives me information straight and to the point. And I never feel like I'm just another patient.
Efficient MOA staff, caring and thorough doctors. We are very fortunate to have this clinic in Campbell River and the location is very convenient and accessible.
The young lady receptionist is rude and unprofessional, and our pediatrician is always at least 40 minutes late with no notice. Very disappointing.
Very unprofessional. The young lady at the reception was rude and unwelcoming, and the pediatrician(dr Annalize) is consistently at least 30 minutes late for scheduled appointments without any notice.
