Unprofessional doctor and receptionist here are a joke.
We have witnessed receptionist being rude to patients over the phone as well as in person. Doctor is extremely unprofessional. She also admitted she makes commission on the depo shot and doesn't do IUD's but her coworker does, so she tried talking me into a depo shot and told me to make another appointment to discuss contraceptive. She also told me to come without my baby and partner which was weird. Like that's not up to you? Probably because she thought she could sell me on it easier.
