I know its only two other reviews (at the time of this writing) but I wish I had checked them anyway to heed the warnings about this company. Nothing above a 1-star is really bad. They came by quickly enough to take a look at our space for a new floor for our kitchen and dining room. It was very obvious that once she realized this was a small project and wouldn't net a lot of money, you could see the dollar bill signs fade from her eyes and her enthusiasm melt away. HORRIBLE experience. TONS of issues through out the project. We were letting almost everything pass in the end, despite all of the set-backs, because they either intimidated us into thinking THEIR MISTAKES were going to add more to our costs, or because they had a lot of decent reviews on the Facebook Group: Life in the PTC Bubble. I have contacted Gina at dogwood designs. I waited almost a month for her to come and look at and discuss our project. She missed her first appointment and was late for the second. She did finally show up. Talked a good game. Said she would have a quote in two weeks or less. It has now been three. Still no quote. And she won't answer any calls or or respond to any of my text messages. I guess it's good to have found out what kind of business she does. Before she started the project.
