I went to see Karen for symptoms of stress, neck stiffness and headache. In addition, we briefly addressed some menopausal issues. After approx. 10 sessions, I am sleeping better and have been headache free for 4 weeks! I don’t remember the last time I went this long without a headache. Overall, I feel more centered and have better energy at the end of my work week. Karen is a skilled, kind practitioner who I will highly recommend to anyone who has not found relief from similar symptoms.

I had sought relief for lymphocytic colitis in the western medical arena and was prescribed anti-diarrhea meds and wished good luck. I was having significant pain and muscle spasms in my upper back right between my shoulder blades. When I would roll over in bed my back would spasm, similar to getting a cramp or charlie horse in a calf muscle. The first night after my treatment from Karen my spasms greatly diminished and the second night they where gone. Karen has treated me for several issues with my back, and now we are working to try and lower my high blood pressure to hopefully eliminate the need for me to take high blood pressure medicine.
