My wife and I recently purchased a Direct Vent Fireplace from Dogwood at a cost of almost $4,000. I can not emphasize strongly enough, the owner of this business is incompetent. He failed to order the vent kit in a timely fashion resulting in expensive delays. When the fireplace arrived he had ordered the wrong finish. If you doubt my sincerity. Stop by the business and see for yourself the slap stick displays and ask for finish samples and literature which they won't be able to provide.
