I went for bloodwork this morning and had a terrible experience! Weeks ago I called to schedule a yearly physical with bloodwork.The lady on the phone scheduled me to come at 8am for bloodwork today and visit with the PA on the 22nd. I took time off work to be seated in the lobby waiting. This office wants you to respect their time and posts signs regarding patients being late, but had no respect for my time this morning. Had my first visit with Paige Yates this week. This was by far the best healthcare experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in to the phone follow up after, they’re caring, professional, patient centered and most importantly, they listen.

Since transferring to this office about 3 years ago I have been nothing more than 100% pleased. From the front desk to the lab techs they are all top notch, very professional for sure. I have seen every medical professional at this practice and trust them and know my health is being taken care of.

Can’t say enough about this practice. They are completely centered on you as the patient. They listen and do not rush you. So grateful our family found a practice that isn’t focused on just moving you through.
