I lived here for a year now and so far the help has been wonderful! They are willing to help as much as they can. The food is very good and tasty! It looks very appetizing! The room are kept very clean. Lety and Monkia have done a wonderful job in keeping my room clean! We also have good entertaining which keeps everyone busy!
I have been a resident here at Dogwood Estates for 2 years and 5 months and have been pleased with my experience. The staff is generally very accomodating. I call out 3 staff in particular: (1) Erin Whitlock (main manager) has been terrific and is willing to step in to help in any capacity; (2) Lee Ferris (maintenance man) goes beyond what is needed to perform his duties, even when he is called on during off duty hours, always there; (3) Amy Cooper (activities director) keeps the community busy with many activities and quali... read more
The staff is amazing and is very polite! They are very polite and friendly when serving us our meals! It amazes me!
Love this place. Staff and residents work together. Makes it feel like home. Laughter and love reign.
