We use Dogwood Cabins for our cabin rentals anytime we visit the Smokies. Jennifer and Donna are both so friendly and personable. They are quick to answer any questions, whether about the cabins or the area. We have stayed in about 9 different cabins. His Morning Glory has become one of our favorites. The picture is from the screened in porch.
We have used Dogwood Cabins for years, but the last few times we have used them, the rooms have not been as expected. This trip we just took we stayed at Crestview and it was subpar from the start. My husband went to check things out in the house and noticed that the upstairs windows were off track and falling in. That evening when we were going to the hot tub which has to be reached from the front porch, there were 2 lights out. There was a step down to another landing and steps going down to the hot tub. We have been renting cabins for vacation trips for years. We have rented from various sources. We gave been using Dogwood Cabin Rentals for the last 7 or 8 years. We have never had a problem that wasn't addressed promptly. We highly recommend them to all of our family and friends.
Definitely would not recommend staying with Dogwood Cabins. Cabin was in state of extreme disrepair. Stained sheets; drywall peeling off bathroom; broken master tub jets; paid extra for a hot tub that was not working; shower control broke and nearly burned my elderly father-in-law with scalding water; and dryer knob missing so could not dry clothes. we really enjoyed it the treetop cabin. The view is really spectacular. Everything was clean and you really had everything you needed for a great trip.
