new to the area and stumbled on Dogwood for a pretty last minute rush job. Roberta was great - calm and asked all the right questions for clarification. promised a proof on a brand new design for an award, delivered it early. also went the extra mile - gratis - on a few supplementary items to go alongside the main award plaque. i had everything i needed 24+ hours before the event, an important AGM. highly recommended.
