A couple of weeks ago Nick came to look at our invisable fencing system as it wasn't working. It was an extremely hot day to be doing any troubleshooting. One partial break was found, but it was not the only issue. We had suspected a lightning strike as the unit quit working right after a major storm. We decided to choose DogWatch not only because of the cost but also because of Nick. Amazing personality and you could tell he really believed in his product. He was professional and had the job done in no time even though the deer flies were probably eating him alive. Our 2 Jack Russells are now able to run free outside and chase their favourite balls. We have been using a Dog Watch system since 2018 and have had it installed in two homes. We had some landscaping done a while back and called Nick to hopefully help fix the breaks that were caused in the process. After assessing the current wire in our yard, Nick realized that there were several more breaks than anticipated. He worked so diligently to help locate each break one at a time, even tromping back in our forest on a very warm day, just to ensure he hadn't missed anything.
