I have had the system in place at my homestead since March of 2020 and was working well up until a few months ago for 4 acres. I did try a few tricks and at the end of what I can do to rectify the problem, since it is dealing with the transmitter not the collars. There is a signal but very weak. A couple of weeks ago Nick came to look at our invisable fencing system as it wasn't working. It was an extremely hot day to be doing any troubleshooting. One partial break was found, but it was not the only issue. We had suspected a lightning strike as the unit quit working right after a major storm. Ours was an old unit with no lightning protection that Nick had fixed before but because he could fix it, he said why replace it. He is a very honest business person. We decided to choose DogWatch not only because of the cost but also because of Nick. Amazing personality and you could tell he really believed in his product. He was professional and had the job done in no time even though the deer flies were probably eating him alive. Our 2 Jack Russells are now able to run free outside and chase their favourite balls.
