We had the Dog Watch smart fence installed for our 2 dogs. The crew and support staff were awesome! Very quick installation and help getting us and the pets the training for using this. Only had them for about two weeks but our pets are doing great. I would highly recommend Dog Watch if you are considering an invisible system for your pets!
Jack was exceptional to work with. Came to our home and had fence installed in a few hours. We had him come this winter so haven't had as much time as we would have liked to work with out pups but look forward to the warmer weather so that we can get back to it. We have a couple of hard learners so they like to test the boundries.
We installed DogWatch on the recommendation of a friend. We have 3 labs on an acreage and we’re having a hard time keeping them at home. Jake from DogWatch was great to work with. From being flexible with the weather for installation to providing great guidance on how to train the dogs. It was a super simple process and our dogs have done great since the installation. We couldn’t be happier.
Jack and his team are very professional and kind! They are knowledgeable about the product and helped with all questions we had before and after installation. Instal was quick (they even raked our leaves which I didn’t think of doing!) and then he stayed for the initial training of our two pups. Their warranty is great (especially since our puppy already tried chewing up his new collar) and I feel if anything goes wrong, they will be right out to fix it! Our dogs LOVE the freedom they have!
Jack was great and made the process easy! Install and training was very efficient and they followed up to make sure all was going well.
