We have been a Dogwatch of Delaware customer for over 10 years. They helped us with our initial install when we moved and replaced our old Petsafe system. The Dogwatch transmitter and collars have the best warranty in the business and John handles any replacements himself. They have re-marked the fence and helped us train a new dog. The installation process was great. John is so easy to work with. Great product and great service!!
Initial installation was quick and invisible to the naked eye. And since then John has been great in quickly repairing broken lines twice caused by tree removal crews. I also like that I get notices to check batteries on collars, which I would definitely forget to do. It is great working with someone so responsive, whether by text, phone, or email. Glad I replaced my previous underground fence with DogWarch.
Dog watch has been an excellent way to get my dog safely contained in our yard. The owner is very thorough and easily accessible if you have questions or challenges. He even came back and rewired our yard to share with our neighbors and their dog. Highly recommend.
