I can’t thank DogWatch enough. John and his team were responsive at all times and helped us get our fence installed in the middle of a crazy winter. The dogs are happy and I have peace of mind.
Could not have asked for a better experience! Installed right before the blizzard and we lost a line of trees that pulled up the invisible fence and they (very patiently) waited until the property was replanted and came out and buried the line with NO charge! THANK YOU!! and yes... it still worked while that was an issue and our crazy pup is doing really well with the boundaries, much to her dismay and the squirrels glee : )
Fantastic!!! The best decision we made after we got our dog. The staff could not be more professional, kind, honest and helpful. The landscaper clipped the line and within a day it was repaired. We could not be more grateful and happy with DogWatch
John was a pleasure to work with. I was able to connect with him quickly and he’s very responsive. He walked me through the whole process and helped me find the right system without trying to upsell me. He and his team were efficient and did a great job with the installation and training once it was running. The whole process was very quick and easy. John also went above and beyond to come back out after installation when we were having yard work done to meet with that crew to make sure the line wasn’t damaged.
