I am truly happy already just after a day or so with DogWatch. Alex was very punctual on his promised arrival and went to work right away to install our fence. He did a fantastic neat job on the installation which I am so pleased with his professional work ethic. As well, Alex & Casey are an awesome team in terms of a training approach! We were truly “unbelievers” in this product for our Golden who is a runner and has limited recall when he sees a deer or another animal on our cottage property. The service we have received form Alex is remarkable and he has addressed all of our concerns. He even came out for another short training session at no charge. Both of our dogs stay on the property and learned very well where their boundaries are. When one of the collars stopped working, it was replaced right away. Such great service!!! Highly recommended.
