Marie was very helpful and responsive when my dog’s collar stopped working. Upon receiving the collar, they diagnosed, replaced and shipped out a new collar on the same day they received it. That is what exceptional service is all about and lacking in so many businesses today.
This company is awesome. They track down the problem fixed it. AWESOME
DogWatch just installed an underground hidden fence (the ProFence model) on my property for a golden retriever who loves to hop the fence and take himself on a walkabout. The options were clearly described, the scheduling was seamless, and the installation went smoothly. Clear instructions were provided on how to use the system with back-up information available in writing and on the web. They also walked me and my dog through a training session and will come for a second visit, if needed. All good!
