Marshal did an excellent job. He Tested and Replaced non functioning transmitter and receiver and found faulty wire sections that had to be respliced. He was very efficient, pleasant to work with and had the dog watch system up and running for the new puppy.
We had a great experience using DogWatch. Marie answered all of our questions and concerns. Marshall did a great job with the installation.

Maria was very responsive to my request for service, and I was kept completely informed as to expected arrival time (as Rt 6 and 6a where totally gridlocked in Sandwich due to an accident at the bridge) Marshall dealt with the backup like a pro, and arrived as soon as he could. He found the break in the line in short order, and repaired it quickly and professionally. Was very satisfied with the service call, and I absolutely recommend this team for your dog fence install and/or service. Two thumbs up!
