After I accidentally severed a line at the border, we called Dog Watch for a repair. Derrick arrived at exactly the stated appointment time, provided quick and friendly service, and even showed me how to do a future repair. The service quality validated our decision to work with Dog Watch in the first place. Excellent work!
Derrick came out less than 24 hours after I called him. We had another company that was unable to make their fence work so I called Dogwatch hoping that it was a fluke. Within 10 mins, Derrick was able to hook everything up and spent almost 2 hours here getting everything squared away and working with us and our dog! 5 star experience the whole way!!
