I had a fantastic experience with Matt with Dogtown during a recent HVAC maintenance visit. The technician arrived right on time, was courteous and professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He performed a thorough inspection, cleaned all necessary components, and made sure the system was running efficiently before leaving.
Eli was right on time and it didn’t take him long to access the problem. Awaiting estimates for several problem areas in our plumbing system.
