Used to come to this gym and do the Metcon classes when I lived in the area. Great instructors and challenging workouts. Definitely worth spending your time there is you're serious about being healthy and strong. Try it once, and you won't be disappointed.

Dogtown Athletic is an incredible gym with a wide offering to fit you at any level. They have HIIT, Crossfit, Boxing, and Open Gym. The instructors and trainers are welcoming and provide excellent advice and guidance. Class times are also convenient for mornings and evenings so you don't have much of an excuse to miss. Dogtown has been a welcome change from the hamster wheel and stationary weight training choreography common to fitness facilities that dot the SF business day landscape. I enjoy the environment, staff and group workouts that make exercise seem much less like an extension of my workday. The metcon classes with Fabien are difficult at first and take alot out of you, but I feel great afterwards. As soon as my stomach settles. I have never wanted to work out as much has I have here. Great support from every one and a small community feel. They make you work, but I am always smiling at the end of class. You ROCK!
