Our experience with Dogtopia was a mix of highs and lows. The meet and greet day was excellent, Ava was incredibly attentive, engaged with the dogs, kept the area clean, and even provided a thoughtful end-of-day report. Her professionalism gave me real confidence in the facility, and I left feeling excited about bringing my dog back. Unfortunately, our second visit was a different story. chanel has been going here since 2023, she has been in the best care even with changes in staff, the quality of care has not changed. I feel so grateful to be able to trust multiple employees with the proper care of my dog. I can tell they care for her so well.!
We take our high energy lab here several days a week and they have absolutely saved my sanity. They treat the dogs like royalty and really take care to keep them safe and happy. We stopped going here for a while when he turned 7 months old, because we didn't want to neuter him that early, but we got back in as soon as we could after the procedure and he's been so much happier. Can't say enough good things.
The staff at the Tempe location are just the best. It is clear they care very much about the dogs in their care, and they greet each one by name. They're very communicative at pick up about what our dogs were up to during the day, and any observations or concerns. I am especially appreciative of their flexibility with drop off and pick up times. It's very helpful for me as I am a teacher and coach, and my hours can get pretty crazy.
I always feel confident that our dog is going to be safe, monitored and cared for. The coaches all greet him enthusiastically, and many have talked about how they love his cuddles. I love that I can check on the cameras throughout the day and see what he is up to; it definitely gives me a sense of comfort. Overall, I have loved our experience with Dogtopia and have no doubt we will continue to bring Frodo there for the foreseeable future.
