Our experience with Dogtopia was a mix of highs and lows. The meet and greet day was excellent, Ava was incredibly attentive, engaged with the dogs, kept the area clean, and even provided a thoughtful end-of-day report. Her professionalism gave me real confidence in the facility, and I left feeling excited about bringing my dog back. Unfortunately, our second visit was a different story. I always feel confident that our dog is going to be safe, monitored and cared for. The coaches all greet him enthusiastically, and many have talked about how they love his cuddles. I love that I can check on the cameras throughout the day and see what he is up to; it definitely gives me a sense of comfort. Overall, I have loved our experience with Dogtopia and have no doubt we will continue to bring Frodo there for the foreseeable future.
Great communication with the Dogtopia team to manage pauses or scheduling adjustments! The way the dogs are divided up is great for my dog, who is a little more shy. My dog loves the people who work there, and as a result of going to Dogtopia she is a bit more confident meeting new dogs AND people. I love being able to see my dog and her friends on the webcam, and photo days are just too cute!
If you love your dog and you’re looking for quality daycare and boarding services, I cannot recommend Dogtopia enough! I recently adopted an 8 month old lab. I work from home so I was in need of periodic daycare so she gets the daily exercise and socializing she needs. I tried a couple daycare facilities and it got to the point where my dog wouldn’t jump in the car anymore. Once we started going to Dogtopia, she jumps in the car and she’s excited to go. Honestly everything, the staff is amazing and super nice and they let me know how Simba was and who his buddies are. They greet you and make everything super easy. They have the live stream so I know my dog is okay. They do a good job of making sure all dogs get their chance to play so I know all dogs can play at their pace.
