“He passed with flying colors!” Is what I was told when his assessment finished, during the “Meet & Greet”. My 3mo old puppy was allowed to stay the rest of the day, free of charge! He spent about 5 hours in the day care and when I picked him up he had “behaved very well” and he “already made new friends!”… I was super happy to hear that. Dogtopia in West Orange offered us peace of mind while we were away on vacation. They called to make sure what day we wanted needed Romeo to be given his bath. The day before we left, they made sure we knew he was running low on food and offered us alternative options to feed him if necessary. Most importantly, they were kind to the animals, including our Romeo. They seemed to have a great sense of when to calm the energy by crating and when my dog needed to self crate for some alone time. Love Dogtopia and their staff! The team there is so wonderful and my pup Nino loves going to see both his dog and human friends. Love the fun pup and photo events that they organize too!
Just recently had our meet and greet trial with our dog and the staff at Dogtopia of West Orange. They were excellent. The general manager and front desk girl were so personable and our dog that is shy took to them immediately. The facility is spotless and we look forward to doing business with them. My dog Cooper loves this place! It’s his first time with doggy daycare so I wasn’t sure how he would react, particularly since he barks at dogs when on walks. Turns out he's super excited to go to daycare each morning and loves being with dogs all day! The staff is friendly and facilities are very clean. I’m so glad Dogtopia opened near me.
