My dog Cooper loves this place! It’s his first time with doggy daycare so I wasn’t sure how he would react, particularly since he barks at dogs when on walks. Turns out he's super excited to go to daycare each morning and loves being with dogs all day! The staff is friendly and facilities are very clean. I’m so glad Dogtopia opened near me.
I can’t say enough good things about this place! Our dog, Coco, was initially reluctant about going to daycare, but within a few weeks he became excited to go to Dogtopia. The staff knew exactly how to put him at ease and made the experience positive for him. They truly go the extra mile to ensure every pup is happy and comfortable. Highly recommend!
My dogs love this place. We like the staff and they like the dogs. It's also great for boarding. Some places book months out, but once you are a regular here they can always help out.
My dog was there for a few weeks and seemed to be enjoying herself. The dogs are crates for 2hrs everyday for rest time which I felt was silly but whatever . The other day my dog and a few others were crated for an additional hour. They told me this was for safety reasons. My dog is gentle and friendly, I inquired about this, got no answers, and I did not feel it was necessary to crate my dog for 3hrs that day . This was unacceptable and we will not be going back .
I came to Dogtopia in West Orange because I was in town for a graduation. I didn’t want my dog to sit in a hotel room all day. They went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of, as well as make sure I was comfortable leaving her. To do this for someone they didn’t know, and know that I was not from the area and wouldn’t come back, showed how much they put the dogs first. My only regret is I live 700 miles away otherwise I would definitely use their services again.
