Dogtopia has been amazing for my puppy, Topaz. Ms. Samantha and Ms. Tisha are truly special!! They know every dog by name and greet them like family. It might seem like a small thing, but it means so much. The entire staff is warm, patient, and clearly loves what they do. Topaz has been going since he was a tiny puppy, and he’s now 17 months. Dogtopia of Tyson’s is amazing! My pup is always so well taken care of whenever she’s there. The team is super attentive and professional, and I always feel comfortable leaving her in their hands. Tisha (the manager) and Sam are the best — always so helpful and kind. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
DO NOT GO HERE. I was stupid and after seeing where another dog had been bitten and Dogtopia didn’t know what happened I left my dog there. And after 3 days she comes home with a bite on her that amazingly the people watching her didn’t have any clue what happened. This place is HORRIFIC…you would be better off leaving your dog at home by themselves…at least they wouldn’t get bit.
The staff at this location are fantastic. They really care about the dogs. My 17 lb chihuahua mix, Gemma, is often one of the smaller dogs in the Toybox but she has never run into any issues with the other dogs. The staff are always on top of what is going on. We only stopped going because we moved out of the Tysons area.
