The staff was so nice, there are so many services for the animals and fun events. The staff seems to absolutely love the dogs and are very knowledgeable.
Excellent care and very nice staff
Our experience with Dogtopia was a mix of highs and lows. The meet and greet day was excellent, Ava was incredibly attentive, engaged with the dogs, kept the area clean, and even provided a thoughtful end-of-day report. Her professionalism gave me real confidence in the facility, and I left feeling excited about bringing my dog back. Unfortunately, our second visit was a different story. Dogtopia promised they could assist in training my pups. All to find out the trainers signaled out my dog. Didn’t respect he was a service animal and so much more. Kept telling me my pups lacked comprehension because previous training wasn’t completed in its entirety also not true
