I've been bringing my dog to Dogtopia since they opened, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The facility is always clean, and the staff is incredibly professional and genuinely cares about the dogs. It's a huge relief knowing my dog is in a safe, supervised environment where they can socialize and burn off energy. We had a wonderful Meet & Greet experience at the newly opened Dogtopia! The team was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly kind. They took the time to explain everything, answer our questions, and make us feel comfortable about leaving our dog in their care. The facility was clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. We are so excited to have Dogtopia in the neighborhood and highly recommend them!
After relocating to Jacksonville with my American Hairless, I tried several local daycares and was underwhelmed. My dog Willow loves coming to daycare. I purchased a dash activity tracker that allows me to see her steps/miles while she plays (she averages 80k steps 😅). The team keeps her moving and has helped her shed a few pounds. Thank you so much for loving my sweet girl🧡
It's so great that the dogs are in a climate-controlled space and have a stucture of lots of safe playtime with some rest during these crazy summer months! Our dogs need this!
