I truly love this facility, as my dogs had an incredible time, and they came home, happy and well socialized, well fed, and well cared for. However, our bill was considerably More than we anticipated, and I have asked now three times for an itemized receipt for the daycare and boarding charges and have not received a phone call or communication of any kind to inquire about my concerns. The app has not been populated with our past appointments, and I feel that this is a lack of professionalism and transparency on the business... read more

We recently entrusted Dogtopia with our three beloved dogs — Roxi, Shelby, and Andor — while we were out on vacation for over a week, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the moment we dropped them off, we felt confident they were in great hands.
