Once, I had enjoyed bringing my dog to this place, but the quality has went down tremendously. I have a small dog, and once the small dogs were able to run around in a room and play together. My dog enjoyed this space. Keep in mind, they have a total of three other dog rooms as well. Recently, it was decided that small dogs should only get a small area of the room and dedicate most of the space to larger dogs (again, they have two other large rooms for large dogs). Love Dogtopia, they always take such good care of our pups. The only slight drawback is they don’t allow Sunday pick up. But sometimes it’s nice not to have the dogs for the weekend! The staff is always so friendly, helpful and attentive.
Dogtopia has been nothing short of a dream for Atlas, our Alaskan Malamute. After trying other daycares that never quite felt right, we found Dogtopia, and it was an instant match. The staff greeted him with warmth and care that was immediately evident, and now, nearly every single day, he’s excited to go. We visited this location three times and the staff was nothing short of OUTSTANDING. Abbey is the best at what she does. I would provide a 5 Star review if it were not for the fact that our pet was delivered to us, 2 out of the 3 times she visited, with the strongest of urine smells on her. Please, address that right away for this location to receive a 5 Star review. I hate to think that your regular customers give bath to their pets on a daily basis in order to address the strong urine smells upon pick up.
Update: we had some emergency plumbing issues and Dogtopia was able to take my pup (at the last minute) over night. I’m so very grateful to have Dogtopia in my corner! Sometimes it takes a village to raise a dog and I really feel like Dogtopia is part of my village ♥️
