I was very disappointed with my experience at Dogtopia. I witnessed my puppy being chased across the room, with a mop in hand, for unwanted behavior, which was unnecessary and distressing for him. Things escalated when he was scolded, placed in a crate aggressively, and left there for about 30 minutes. From what I observed, he was only let out because I arrived to pick him up. The best dog daycare in our area. I love them there. They are so good to my grand doggie and the personal are outstanding. Definitely I recommend. My grand doggie always super excited to go and definitely don’t want to leave. They also have so much activities for them it’s amazing. That’s my grand doggie waiting for grandma to go to the daycare!!!
We made an appointment. Cancelled our mobile crews. Was on calls several times leading up to the visit. Our dog has his legally required Rabies shot. He has also been to 6 shops and had 3 mobile care teams handle him. We were denied because we don't stick our dog with other shots. Bad policy. Bad timing to tell us it was a requirement.
I really appreciate the temperament test process and just how thorough everything at Dogtopia is. From mid-day feedings to rest period and everything in between, you really have thought of it all! I feel so good leaving my girls with you. The webcam is so great too!
Caring, compassionate staff; convenience of long daycare hours; daycare & spa in one so that Abbie plays and comes home beautiful; and the amazing gift that after a long day, feeling worn out and showing my age, the team puts Abbie in the car for me. I love this Shelton team, consider Dana, plus all the Dogtopia team, friends and there is no question, so does my sweet dog!
