Awesome experience my son loves coming here every day. He probably loves it more than me. The staff here are incredible. Jordan Aspen tayler are absolutely amazing at making sure my pup is well taken care of!
I’m really disappointed with my experience at Dogtopia. My puppy has gotten kennel cough twice after going there, which is extremely frustrating and concerning as a pet owner. On top of that, every time I checked the cameras, it seemed like he was sitting in a crate for long periods instead of actually getting the playtime and interaction we were paying for. I'm a full-time pet sitter & I wasn't available to watch my client's pups for a petsitting request. I recommended this location & I picked the pups up a few days later for my client. My fuzzy friends were happy, smelled/looked clean, belonging packed up nicely, and the staffed helped me to my vehicle. I've worked at veterinary clinics & boarding resorts for over 20 years in addition to petsitting. Dogtopia Scottsdale Raintree made me write this because it’s one of the few places that actually makes life easier. Super clean, great energy, and the whole drop-off/pick-up process is smooth even when my schedule is all over the place. My dog comes home happy and properly tired (which is the goal). Also, shoutout to Mak. Always upbeat, clearly cares, and makes it feel like your dog is genuinely in good hands.
I normally go to the Gilbert dogtopia location but i was up in scottsdale and needed daycare on a whim, I called and Aspen was so workable and helpful once i arrived! I felt immediately comfortable with dropping my pup off and aspen was so loving! thank you!!
