We did our meet and greet a few weeks ago The facilities seemed clean, staff was friendly. There are supposed to be cameras to watch my dog during their stay and I never got the link so I couldn't check in on him. It seems like their dog to staff ratio is high and could be seen as unsafe but I'm not sure what the usual is for other dog daycares. I picked up my dog happy and healthy and that's all that matters.

Laney helped us get our dog situated with Dogtopia very smoothly The team explained everything thoroughly and is very knowledgeable and helped us feel comfortable as well as our dog Cookie!😁

Do not waste your time at this poorly ran company. They overcharged me and messed up on their part and won’t offer a refund. It’s a terribly ran business. On top of that they did not trim either of my dog’s nails yet I paid for only nailing trimming and a bath. They charged me 205 dollars. When it should’ve been 30 for nail trimming ( that they did not even do) , 45 for a medium dog and 65 for a large dog that equals 140. It’s ridiculous if you ask me. Do not support this company! The staff was very friendly and informative. They were quick and responsive, following through with contacting us with updates, as promised.
