Walked in with greeted with a smile took us for a tour dog seem happy place with clean I think it's going to be a great place for my dog to grow and thrive. The best part is when I want to check in on him cuz I'm missing him there's a video feed I can go into watch him live.
They are attentive and caring. I drop off and pick up my mom’s dog for her as she doesn’t drive anymore. Her dog is always happy to go and the staff truly loves her. They also inquire how my mom is doing. Her dog comes home ready for a long nap because she’s played all day. We tell her it’s time for “school” and she runs to the door to wait to get in the car.
My dog has been coming to dogtopia for multiple years from being a few months old to now being over four years. He has been going once a week for all these years. He's also had baths and things like nail trims at the location. He has loved being at dogtopia because the staff does a great job making sure the environment is positive and fun for the dogs. The staff is attentive and seem to care genuinely about the dogs that come. They are also personable with the dog owners and will remember you the next time you visit.
We love our home away from home. Loving, attentive staff. And easy to book, pay and attend. One star off for odor in the lobby. Otherwise, all is well. Add: the facility is indeed always very clean. And thank you for your response Julie. We enjoy Dogtopia very much 👏🏼
I have a 1-year-old French bulldog, and we’ve tried a few other daycares in the past to help with his socialization. He was always so shy, he’d just sit in the corner and watch the other dogs until it was time to go home. Our very first day at Dogtopia was a totally different experience.
