Do not book your dog for grooming here. Huge blame game - it's not dogtopias fault but it's also not pawsh dogs fault ? My dog has been groomed here a few times and already TWICE she comes home with severe itching and blotching that bleeds because of lack of due diligence on their behalf to have the hypoallergenic products in stock. There is times I've come for an appointment to be told that because they are out of the products her appointment time will now be DOUBLE the time due to the fact? Are you guys insane ? My puppy Ace absolutely loves the team and friends at Dogtopia! The staff are incredibly warm, friendly, and most importantly, they treat my dog with so much love and care. He adores the girls at the front and gets so excited every morning to go play with his buddies. I couldn’t ask for a better place for him!
Our dog just loves this place. He does not even take a second to say to bye just runs past the doors to meet his friends. Very friendly and accommodating staff as well.
Definitely not a good experience …I question the attendants and to what extend they truly care. I already brought up my issue with the person who looks after the place , but I’m not sure they also care. Will be most likely looking for alternatives, but if you truly value your pet , think again before you drop it there.
My 4 month old puppy had his first day at Dogtopia on May 10th. I was so excited to get him socialized but was so deeply sad at some clips I saw of him being pushed then pulled with his mouth by a bigger dog. He was in the beach room which I was advised will be with smaller dogs. I’m super disappointed that this was not broken up as I can’t imagine how times this happened.
