Warning: Severe injury, zero supervision, and zero accountability. I am sharing this so others understand the risk of entrusting Modern dog with their dog. My sweet dog came home from this daycare with a deep, bleeding puncture wound (photos attached). Because of his thick coat, I didn’t see it at pickup, and staff reported absolutely nothing. This dog daycare is amazing! The team is so friendly, caring, and professional. It’s clear they genuinely love the dogs and go above and beyond to make sure every pup feels safe, happy, and entertained. My dog absolutely loves coming here tail wagging from the moment we walk in!🧡
The front desk staff are usually on their phones and taking personal calls whenever I come to this location. Clearly there was some sort of change in management recently because most of the newer reviews are complaints. It’s disappointing what has happened to this place.
Do not send your dogs here. My friend brought her dog in who got puppy warts from this location, and instead of taking the proper precaution and sending the dog home, they somehow removed the warts and sent her back into the room with the other smaller dogs. Puppy warts is something that is highly contagious and when found the dog should be isolated for a minimum of 2 MONTHS before being put back into a daycare environment which is something the staff should be well aware of.
