We needed a place to house our dog before our vacation, and we have had prior bad experiences with PetSmart, so we found DogTopia online and realized it was 2 miles from our house. We just took our dog here for a "meet and greet" the other day. and everyone was so friendly and welcoming, especially the manager Kiersten. They introduced our dog to the other dogs and let him play for about 6 hours. Odie loved going to doggy daycare. He is a high energy dog and enjoyed playing with other dogs his size. The staff was amazing and we’re so happy when he got there and took sure good care of him while he spent the day with them. As a working Mom it is so nice knowing he is happy and safe while I am at work. We will keep going regularly. Thanks Haily for being so kind and helpful
10/10 place and would never send my Dog any other place! Staff is attentive, incredibly friendly, communicative and accommodating. I send my dog Myles there 6 days a week because he loves it so much. Every morning he’s scratching at the door giving me puppy eyes essentially saying “ when are we going to daycare dad?” I have been late to pick up my dog a couple times and every time they have contacted me and asked if I was still coming and even stayed open a few minutes later just so I could get my dog! My dog Loves Dogtopia!! The people are so kind and sweet to all the dogs and their humans! Always very clean and welcoming. Plus Boo loves all the special treats you can sign up for where they raise money for Charities. Great exercise too.
I’ve waited a couple months to review because in my experience, some things can be really great in the first couple of weeks and then fall through. I have found the team members here to be very kind. My dog is scared of people due to trauma from her past and this team has been very kind toward her and patient with her and with me because this is a new experience for us both and it was a little challenging for me to make this decision to send her to daycare.
