I was a long-time customer of Dogtopia. I have an ongoing, unresolved conflict with Dogtopia where they have been unreasonable, condescending, and dishonest. They don't treat their customers well and are just in the business to make money.
The people who work at Dogtopia are so kind and welcoming, and they treat my dogs like they are their own. My dogs are always very excited to go to playtime and partake in the cute theme days.
Can’t recommend this place enough! Everyone at the Plano staff has my pup’s best interest at heart and loves him just as much as me!! They have the most fun and engaging activities planned each week. I absolutely love sending my pup here!
