We've been with DogTopia since July 2020 when our 4 legged child was just 12 weeks old, and remain loyal customers due to their wonderful-professional-respectful and dog loving staff, safe and clean facility, concierge service (pull up and they come get our 4 legged child from the car and bring him out at pick up), no crates!, large play rooms/areas, onsite grooming services, and accommodating/flexible with emergency situations. Rayna is Amazing!
We really tried to use this place. It is near our home and we loved the facility and the care that our girls go there (other than the fact that one of them did contact Giardia while in their care early this year). The general manager Brittany was the deal breaker for us. The first time we tried to use them, we were plagued with constant billing issues.
