I was truly excited to have my dog in daycare. I planned to have her stay overnight while we go out of town. Yet I am now having concerns about that decision. My dog has came to daycare a total of four times. I have supplied food and a treat for her. Had sepefic times and instructions for them to be given. Twice my dog was not given her dinner/ 5pm meal. So that really worries me if she is to stay overnight. I want to talk to someone before I decide if I need to find another place for daycare or boarding.
We brought our dog Pepper to Dogtopia for daycare while we had some home remodeling. Pepper was welcomed with open arms (and paws). After she passed her meet and greet, they let her stay for the day. And the following day, we brought her back and also got her a bath and nail trim at the spa. It was so reasonably priced, staff was wonderful, and we were able to watch her on camera in the doggy play room all day! We will definitely be using Dogtopia again :)
The owners and entire staff were super friendly, helpful and very flexible at drop off and pick up times. The entire process of coming in for a meet and greet and scheduling for days at the daycare was so easy. The livestream cameras were great to be able to check in on my puppy while I was at work. I really felt like everyone took such good care of him and showed him a lot of attention the entire day. My puppy loved being at Dogtopia!
Teddy has been a member of the Dogtopia BFFs since the beginning and he loves it! He can’t wait to get in the lobby. Then he will start crying if they don’t take him in right away. Everyone is great and really love the dogs. Best decision I made to have Teddy become a member!
