I had an amazing experience at Dogtopia! Josie was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable leaving my dog in their care. I loved being able to check in on him with the live webcams and could see how much fun he was having playing with the other dogs. He came home happy, tired, and well cared for. We'll definitely be back !
I take responsibility as a former employee for giving out this information on this review: "Not impressed with new management, seems like the entire store has gone down hill. Miss the old management and team: over half the store it seems like has completely left. Last time I came here the store was full of life and all the staff was so welcoming. This was just dissapointing."
