Outstanding facility with kind and caring staff. They were exceptional while my husband was ill giving me and my dog extra attention.
My dog loves playing here, a nice place for when the weather is too cold for them to go out and play.
They have never answered the phone when I've called to book with them. Why do I keep trying? - not many groomers have the patience with Poochon hair and typically just shave her. And we are new here and I really need a one stop shop for my pup. Maybe the inability to answer or return calls is foreshadowing to their level of care and overall service.
