We take our dogs there for grooming. We noticed they were coming back still very dirty and finally also noticed they were not getting their nails trimmed. One of our bassets nails had grown out and curved into her paw pad. We put a lot of trust in them and paid a lot of money but they were not doing the work. I think at most, they wiped them down with a baby wipe. I don’t recommend taking your pets there.

This is for the grooming only side. We recently moved from out-of-state and our dogs needed a serious groom. Not knowing anyone locally who could recommend a good groomer, we left it up to Google reviews to find us a spot. Dogtopia was very responsive and courteous to our online request, to get our pups groomed. Upon arrival the staff were courteous and asked what we wanted done. Would not recommend this place at all, honestly don’t know how the Dogtopia locations around here are still open. The only good Dogtopia location is in shadow lake fyi. I work at a dog daycare and we actually use examples from this very exact place of things NOT to do. The only thing I can appreciate from this place is that it’s taught my coworkers and me how to run things better.
