I'd give boarding and day care five stars. Those services are WONDERFUL. Grooming, however, was awful. I have two small dogs, 17 pounds. Short hair male needed a bath and nail trim. Longer hair female needed a bath, cut, and nail trim. She looks TERRIBLE!!! Choppy cut, her beautiful shiny hair is gone, all that's left is the undercoat. Her cute ears are cut way short. Apollo is a difficult dog to groom but he seems to do better without his masters. They said he did great and he came home smelling great! Just remember to look for their collar, they didn't give it back and i didn't realize it til the next day
