I brought my dog here for 5+ years and will not return. Management has changed so many times and I'm not impressed by the current staff. The last straw I had is when I noticed my dog's safety looked compromised by another dog in the same play group. I had to call 7 times before someone even picked up the phone.

I visited the location on July 3 for a meet and greet. My dog passed then I asked for a tour. It was a bit disturbing. The back was very humid and did not seem very clean. As we went on it got worse. I was shown the boarding rooms. It stunk. Then I was shown the grooming area, not clean but the worst part was there was no groomer that day but they had 2 dogs in 1 crate and another husky in another crate. Having a terrible time getting refunded money for visits they kept charging for after cancellation. They keep telling us they need to speak to the owner. Nothing ever happens.

Wonderful place, amazing people!!! My dog loves it here. We were so sad to leave our other Dogtopia due to a move, but these guys made a difficult switch so much easier!! Our dog loves going here, and we love how much she is loved! Thank you, Dogtopia!

My dog loves going there. I am so happy to see how excited everyone is to see my dog and welcome him with open arms. He comes home tired every day and when we are on our way there, he starts crying with excitement. Thank you everyone for all you do!
