I needed a place to take my puppy on my in office days (few times a month) and this place has been great! The staff is so friendly and it’s obvious they love taking care of the dogs. My pup (Gibson) LOVES going to daycare and gets excited the moment he sees me pull out his collar. He jumps out of the car and tries to break down the door to get to his friends. He comes home tired and will sleep all night! I highly recommend the Northville location, they are awesome!

Jellybean hears the word daycare and runs for her harness. I love that the dogs get to socialize all day. It always smells clean. Everyone I encounter is pleasant and helpful. And what I love most is my dog is happy! I highly recommend!

Made an appointment for my two dogs to be groomed. When we arrived at our appointment time we were informed there was no one on site who could groom the dogs. They asked what time we needed the dogs done by, and that the manager would be in "later" and would be able to do it. The manager could not be reached by phone to confirm timing. There was a sink full of dirty dishes and an overflowing trash can in the lobby. If basic things like scheduling and cleaning cannot be managed, I really question the rest of the operation.
