My puppy bear just started and its amazing. He always has a friend to play with and the staff are always giving him love and it only took a few times of him going there to be completely ok walking away from me and going back to the play area! The staff is always super sweet and i never have to worry! Only thing is the webcams for the rooms freeze up alot but not a big deal since i fully trust he is in good hands 🙂
Very clean facility, you can watch on the camera how vigilant staff are to clean up after the dogs. The facility does not smell like some of the other daycares we have been to, and they seem to wipe down your dog before returning them so they don't smell either. The staff are always SUPER kind and enthusiastic and the manager is so passionate about his job. They give you updates on your dog as requested. Staff is friendly and helpful. Meet and greet day they tried Dragon with the medium size dogs and realized that wasn't going to work so immediately moved him in with the smaller dogs which he loves. Facilities are clean. I was hesitant to try an all in-door doggie daycare but this has worked out the best for Dragon. Climate control with our crazy weather is awesome!

We just finished our first week at Dogtopia, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience for our dog, Bowie. From the very beginning, the meet-and-greet process was smooth, welcoming, and incredibly thorough. The staff took their time getting to know Bowie and made sure he felt comfortable every step of the way. Everyone we interacted with was kind, patient, and clearly passionate about what they do. The process and live video feed gave me so much peace of mind knowing Bowie was in such good hands.
