Staff is friendly and helpful. Meet and greet day they tried Dragon with the medium size dogs and realized that wasn't going to work so immediately moved him in with the smaller dogs which he loves. Facilities are clean. I was hesitant to try an all in-door doggie daycare but this has worked out the best for Dragon. Climate control with our crazy weather is awesome!
100% recommend. The team is so great and helpful. I fully trust them with my pup and they treat him like he’s one of their own. He LOVES daycare day and it tires him out so well. And we love picture days 🙃
So grateful to have put my Bernedoodle, Luna here. I love that they have the nest cams so you can check in on your dog. The staff are so incredible and give great reports and updates on your dogs day. The planned activities, little parties and themes, and special treats is something to be appreciated. I love how clean the facility is, booking daycare and boarding are easy, drop off and pick up is smooth. My dog Mocha loves Dogtopia! She has come a long way with her separation anxiety since going to daycare. She still gets a little anxious at drop-off in the morning, but the trainer always lets her watch me leave from the window and is very patient and reassuring with her. They offer fun crafts, activities and snacks for the pups that change every month and for a small fee that goes to raising money for a service dog. Dogtopia advertises $30 for boarding when in reality they charge you a full day of daycare, boarding and then if your not there by 10 am (even if they don’t disclose this info to you) they charge you and additional $30 for a half day (2pm) or $42 full day. To “board” my dog for less than a 24 hour period cost me $92 not $30. No mentions of time restrictions, inclusions or exclusions were provided. It’s a legitimate bait and switch.
