Great staff and excellent communication
I called with a few questions, and while the young lady who answered did give me the information I needed, her tone was very condescending and borderline disrespectful. She seemed upset and responded with comments like, “Well, yeah, that’s how it works” and “That’s policy, nothing I can do.” My questions were answered, but the attitude made the interaction unpleasant.
I stopped by to inquire about daycare services after hearing mixed reviews—some good, some not so great. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk. Just an employee was sitting at a small table in the lobby. I waited about 3–5 minutes, but still, no one came to greet me in this time I noticed the lobby was dirty and smelly decided to leave and come back another time. Go somewhere else !! My gf had a tour for our dog a couple weeks ago,the staff was nice but the place is horrible believe me go somewhere else.
