Attempted to book a meet & greet appointment with no luck. I entered my information and received what seemed like an automatic text several days later. I then responded stating I would like to book my appointment and am available this exact date. I then got a response saying “ Hello Laura, we would love to welcome your pup. Do you have time this week for a Meet & Greet?” I then responded less than 10 minutes later stating I had originally asked if I could make an appointment for this date. I can come in anytime. They were extremely careful and patient when cleaning my dog, which was really appreciated, and the workers were also kind and thoughtful, looks like we found our new bath place!
