Sorely disappointed by the grooming service in nearly every aspect, staff were friendly but the conditions were cramped, dirty, and very little time was spent on my dog. For the price and the service I find it to be quite unsatisfactory. It’s unfortunate as I used dogtopia previously for grooming services but I am unlikely to do so in the future.
Evil business and owners of dogs to be honest. Sunday morning all I heard from the unit is dogs crying and barking. They are closed over night with no staff. Open next Tuesday morning. Giving it a 1 star for an evil business model.
This place is the BEST doggy daycare I have ever had the pleasure of goin to! They have so many fun themes each and every day, the staff is super accommodating and amazing and the owner is amazing!! It’s all about the dogs there! I would highly recommend to any and everyone and just fyi… this isn’t the closest Dogtopia to me but it’s the best!!!!

We recently boarded our dog Bear for the first time and we could not have been happier with Dogtopia of Lionhead. The whole staff was so welcoming and answered any questions we had. They made us feel so reassured and knowing we could log in and see Bear on the cameras really let us fully enjoy our vacation without worry. We received daily emails as well as pictures of all the fun he was having, it really exceeded all our expectations.
